When is the management office open?

Mon, Tues, Thurs, & Fri: 9 AM – 5 PM
Wednesday: 9 AM – 6 PM
Saturday: 10 AM – 2 PM

Where are the laundry rooms?

Laundry rooms are located on the ground floor of your building or in a separate outside area.

How much does it cost to do laundry?

$1.75 per wash and $2.00 per dry. All machines are card operated, and you can charge your laundry card at card stations or online.

Public Transportation

Radwyn is services by two Bryn Mawr SEPTA Station. The Paoli/Thorndale Regional Rail Line and the Norristown High Speed Line are located within walking distance of the property.

Stops for bus routes 105 and 106 are also a short distance from the property.

Where do my guests park?

Guests are required to use and display a parking pass from their rear view mirror. If the pass is not displayed, the vehicle will be towed at the owner’s expense.

2 passes are assigned to each apartments home. All visitors are also asked to park away from the buildings, preserving the closest parking spots for residents.

What happens if I get locked out?

If you are locked out of your apartment during the day, stop by the leasing office and we can lend you a temporary key at no charge if it is returned immediately. However, if you are locked out when the office is closed, call the Emergency Maintenance phone number (610-525-9730 Option 0). Please note you will be charged a $75.00 lockout fee.

How Do I Pay My Rent? Submit a Maintenance Request?

Using the RENT Cafe, you can pay your rent and submit a maintenance request.

Does the office accept packages?

The office does not accept packages for residents.

Do I really need renters insurance?

Yes, we require all residents to have renters insurance. A minimum of $100,000 personal liability is required per the lease. The Certificate of Insurance/Declaration page must name “Radwyn Apartments, L.P.” as an additional insured. Renewing residents must submit an updated copy of the policy at time of renewal.

Who do I call if I have a maintenance emergency after 5 PM?

If you have an emergency maintenance issue after 5 pm, please call the Leasing Office (610) 525-9730 and select Option 0.
Emergency examples include gas smell, leaks of any kind, overflowing toilet, no heat, no A/C, no hot water, refrigerator or freezer not working, sink backed up, etc. Please note, garbage disposals not working is not considered an after-hours emergency, unless the sink is clogged.
