Trash & Recycling

Trash & recycling is picked up from designated areas around the community throughout the week.  Please ask the Leasing Office where your drop off location is.

To pay rent or submit a maintenance request, use our RENT Cafe Resident Portal.

You've Got Mail

If you have a 1 bedroom or 2 bedroom apartment with 1 bath, your mailbox will be in the entrance way of your building. 2 bedroom, 2 bath apartments have mail delivered directly to your door. Packages are left in the mail area or brought to the leasing office to hold.

Cable/Internet/Phone

Cable, internet and phone service can be provided by Comcast or Verizon. When you call ask about their ‘specials.’
