Parking and Vehicle Regulations

The tag must be displayed and hung from the rear view mirror.

If a tag is lost, a replacement tag may be purchased from the office for $10.00.

All visitors must park away from the buildings, preserving the closest spots for residents.

If a vehicle does not have a resident or visitor pass, the vehicle will be towed at the owner’s expense

Washing or repairing any motor vehicle on the property is prohibited and a violation of the lease agreement.

All vehicles must be properly tagged, inspected and in working condition at all times.

Unused vehicles are not permitted to be stored on the property.

Reserved parking is available for $30/month. Please contact the office for more details.
