It’s That Time of Year

Spring has sprung at last! Leaves are growing back on the trees, flowers are starting to bloom and our residents are venturing out to enjoy our outdoor living spaces after a long, long winter. Enjoy!

Shredding Event

Our annual Shredding Event will be Sunday, April 24th from 1:00 pm to 2:00 pm in front of F building (by the management office).

Do you have unwanted papers or confidential documents you would like to dispose of, but you’re not sure how? Bring them on the 24th and they will be shredded and recycled by Polar Shredding. The timing of this event is perfect for after tax season! Click for details.

Community Garden Re-Opens on April 22nd – Earth Day

Hey green thumbs, we have great new! We had so many requests for garden plots last year that we decided to expand our community garden program, and we’re adding plots! Keep a look out for a flyer with more information. If you would like to have a plot or have any questions, call the Leasing Office.

Grilling Season is Finally Here!

There are community grills located throughout the property for everyone to enjoy. Just bring your own charcoal, and make sure you clean up for the next person! Please remember that personal electric, charcoal and propane grills are not permitted. For more information please contact the Leasing Office.

Attention Dog Owners

We love having our four-legged family members here at Radwyn Apartments. We consider them a part of the Radwyn family, and thoroughly enjoy seeing them out and about. Please remember to walk them along the perimeter of the community, and not in the courtyards. We want to ensure our residents are living in a clean environment, so please remember that you must clean up after your dog. We would also like to remind you that your dogs must be on a leash at all times when they are outside, and please do not leave them alone on your patio/balcony. Remember to take advantage of our doggy park if you would like to let them off the leash.

As a courtesy to your fellow neighbors, please encourage your dog to be quiet and not disruptive. We understand that dogs bark and make noise, but please try to limit the noise so it is not continuous and bothersome to those around you. Don’t forget to stop by the office with your pooch for a treat!
