Rent Payment Reminder
We would like to thank everyone who pays their rent in a timely manner. Remember that rent is due on or before the first of the month.
We understand delays can occur when mailing your rent payments. Please keep in mind you also have the option of bringing your payment to the leasing office. If the office is closed, you can drop it off in our mail slot located on the bottom right of the office door.
Please always include your name and apartment number on your checks.
A Word from Our Maintenance Corner
Stay cool without breaking the bank! Set your thermostat as high as you can comfortably keep it this summer. The smaller the difference between the indoor and outdoor temperatures, the lower your overall cooling bill will be.
We know that maintenance emergencies don’t always happen during office hours. To report a maintenance emergency after hours, please call (215) 546-2525. Kindly provide the attendant with your name, apartment number and a brief statement of the problem. The attendant will contact the appropriate personnel to respond. Some examples of emergency maintenance issues are: no heat or A/C, no hot water, leaks (not including faucet drips), toilet overflowing, toilet not flushing (only if you have 1 bathroom in your apartment), refrigerator/freezer not working, garbage disposal back-up, and electrical issues such as loss of electric or sparks coming from outlets.
Drain/Toilet Reminder
Recently, we had a few backups. Remember that the main goes into a 4 inch pipe. This pipe can easily get congested with objects that may appear flushable. To prevent a backup in to your unit, please do not flush any of the following:
Fibrous wet wipes | Paper towels | Feminine products |
Cotton balls | Facial scrub pads | Diapers |
Clorox pads & wipes | Baby wipes | Q-Tips & dental floss |
We know some packages say “flushable” but please don’t believe everything you read. If you are unsure, don’t flush it!
Have You Gone Green?
“Going Green” is more than just a slogan – it’s a promise to the next generation. Even small steps can add up. While there are a dozen little things we can all do each day, here are a few quick tips for this month:
- Conserve Water – take shorter showers, don’t leave running water, use cold water when doing laundry
- Conserve energy – turn off lights when not in room, unplug electronics (TV, printers, amplifiers and don’t forget power strips), open windows if it’s a nice day
- Conserve every day – use all natural and organic soaps and cleaners, use washable cloths instead of paper towels
Reminder to all Pets and their Masters
We absolutely love having you here at Radwyn! As a reminder, please be sure to walk your owner only on the perimeter of the property, and to keep your owner on a leash at all times. We have placed stations with bags and trash cans along the perimeter for your convenience. Want to let your owner off leash? We have a great place for that…the dog park! If you haven’t seen it yet, it’s located between A & B building.
