Filters and Smoke Detector Batteries

The weather is changing, and that means it’s time for us to change your filters and smoke detector batteries! Look for notices so you’ll know when we’ll be visiting your building. Please call and schedule a specific time for us to visit your apartment if you have any pets.

Salvation Army Toy Drive

Our toy drive will start November 28th.  As you come back from a wonderful Thanksgiving weekend, please remember many are not as fortunate. Please help fill our BIG BLUE BOX at the rental office.

November Holiday Hours

The office will be closing on Wednesday, November 23rd at 1:00 p.m. and we will reopen on Monday, November 28th at 9 a.m.  Please remember that maintenance will be on call for emergencies only at (215) 546-2525.

Maintenance Corner

Now that fall is here and it’s getting colder at night, maintenance wants to remind residents to please switch your thermostats from “cool” to “heat”. If it is not switched, then turning up your thermostat won’t produce hot air. If you experience an emergency after hours, please contact our emergency services at (215) 546-2525.

Is Daylight Savings Time A Holiday?

Americans think Daylight Saving Time ends before Halloween. That’s simply not so. Over the years, Daylight Saving Time has shifted from before Halloween to the first Sunday in November. In 2016, it falls on November 6th, so don’t forget to turn your clocks back an hour!

Daylight Saving Time isn’t technically a holiday, but some people consider it one because it’s the one day per year they get an extra hour of sleep. If that’s not confusing enough, people worldwide have changed this man-made “holiday” into “Daylight Savings Time” when the actual term is “Daylight Saving Time.”
