Welcome Eric

Let’s all give a warm welcome to Eric Schulz, the new property manager of Radwyn Apartments. Eric has been with Kaiserman Company since April 2015 managing the Rittenhouse Claridge. In Eric’s new role, he will be managing both the Rittenhouse Claridge and Radwyn Apartments. Eric’s experience includes asset management from luxury to section 8, resident relations and retention, occupancy growth, budget management and implementation, property marketing, lease-up management, team building, dispositions & acquisitions, and others.

Prior to working for Kaiserman, Eric managed properties and commercial spaces in the West Chester, PA market. Eric’s portfolio consisted of over 400 apartment homes in 6 communities and 3 major commercial tenants. Prior to that, Eric worked for the largest third-party property management firm in The United States. He oversaw property repositioning, extensive property renovations, and a wide array of properties during his tenure.

Eric holds a real estate license in NJ and in PA, and is designated as a Certified Apartment Manager through the National Apartment Association. He understands that renting an apartment is more than just a transaction: it’s a major life event. That’s why Eric is dedicated to providing exceptional, personalized service for all of his residents. He takes great pride in the relationships he builds and always works relentlessly on the resident’s behalf to ensure their experience in any property he manages is nothing less than exceptional.
